NOBASIL FKL

Description 

NOBASIL FKL facade lamella is made from NOBASIL slab, which is sawed into planks with vertically aligned fibres. It has a markedly increased water resistance.

USE

Lamella is intended for thermal, acoustic and fireproof insulation of facades from the outside with the outer surface rendered with plaster.

NOBASIL FKL lamella

• it has low thermal conductivity – excellent insulation properties
• it is non-combustible – it increases the passive safety of buildings
• it has acoustic properties – it absorbs impact sound energy
• it has a low vapour diffusion resistance factor - air permeable
• it is biologically stable – on correct application it maintains long-lasting insulation properties
• it is resistant to microorganisms and rodents
• it is chemically neutral – it does not react with surrounding materials under changing temperatures it is stable in volume and shape
• it is distinguished by high tensile strength, static load bearing capacity, anchorage in the façade system either adhesive or mechanical for greater loading
• it is made to very precise dimesions, thanks to which it is possible to attach the planks to the façade so that they fit tightly together
• it is easy to cut to the required size and shape
• it does not absorb water – hygrophobic throughout its cross section
• during transport, storage and installation it must be protected from the effects of the weather

Compared with slabs, NOBASIL FKL has a several times higher tensile strength (splitting). Slab NOBASIL FKL is suitable in terms of hygiene.

Packaging:

• The appropriate number of slabs are stacked in the form of a bale, which is shrink-wrapped in PE film. Other packaging methods can be arranged with the manufacturer.
